It's been a while since I found myself in a position of only observing and doing nothing.
I find myself in that position because i was strongly advised to keep away; at least for the time being so that I can 'stay alive long enough to be of help to those who deserve and need the help' and it's left ,me feeling like a bubble boy who's cocooned and can do nothing about his situation.
I picked a cut or would i say 'gouge' on my fore finger some days ago in a motorbike accident and thus i've been advised not to go near any of our patients/clients so that so that I don't get infected and I can't see myself using latex gloves to touch and hold my little friends cos it look too stigmatizing and it's even too costly for the organization to maintain too(when i'm not a medical staff.)
So for now i'm more of a logistics, reconaissance and office person(observer force. lol) and i feel very tied up in here.
Pls wish me to have my hand healed soon so that i can get back to the work i've come to love immediately and get back to the real me.Thank God for my people at NCO cos theve been very helpful through this period.
